As a child, Catelyn Hofman loved to stage plays in her backyard. Later, encouraged by a teacher, she auditioned for the school plays, and there discovered her love of the sense of community and the shared storytelling goals of everyone in the theater. Using the wit she’d developed as a result of being bullied, she likes to add her humorous personality, sprinkled with a dash of sarcasm, in both intimidating and bantering ways to the creative process.
